Indianapolis is not a bad place to relocate, but I am not sure what the Basement's thoughts are on international relocation... I will leave that to the big boys.

The politically correct answer for this question is that salary depends on experience and expertise.
However, speaking personally, if that is honestly your first question then your character may not be a good fit for this company's environment... move along.
